Dear Ron,

It is my pleasure to write this letter to tell you the house is Beautiful! When my sister and I made the decision to build on our land, we looked at several home builders and literally, too many floorplans to count. After viewing the AVCO homes and meeting with you, we knew, without a doubt, the choice would by your Executive Model.

We feel we recieved a better built home with more benefits and personal touches than other builders homes in the same price range. You were very supportive and provided good advise on the changes and ideas we wished to incorporate in the design of the home. All of the changes we felt were fairly priced and added value to the overall home. As well, we absolutly appriciate your willingness to discuss issues that came up throughout the entire building process and the manner in which problems were negotiated and resolved. Thank you for being open to creative solutions and making us very happy customers.

While observing the progress being made on the house I had the opportunity to briefly meet some of the workers during different stages of the building. All of them were courteous and happy to answer questions. The gentleman that laid the tile was especially proud of the work he had done in carefully matching the design of the tile and ensuring that a quality job was completed. The work he did on the fireplace was outstanding!

It has been about 2 months since the final walkthrough, and the one thing we keep repeating is that we feel this is a solid, quality home; and that it is, of course, the best looking executive ever built. I had expected to have a long list of items that needed to be addressed when we did the walk through based on my experience of this process with a friend of mine that had two homes built by two of your competetors. I am glad to report that our walk through was GREAT; a short list of relatively minor issues.

Additionally, in the two months sine then, there still have not been any major issues with the house. For the most part my father has been handling contact with customer service on anything that has come up and is very happy with their response and that getting things taken care of has been in a very timely and professional manner.
